As Luisa Hernandez, I found my stay at Wyndham Alltra Playa Del Carmen enjoyable despite some hiccups. The walk-out beachfront room was a treat, the restaurant staff kind, and the location ideal. The all-inclusive food was decent, but the property exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and relaxing ambiance. A relaxing trip overall.

I quite enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room (397) had a fantastic view, and the Mexican and Italian restaurants served delicious food with exceptional service, particularly Antonio at the Italian restaurant. The breakfast buffet was top-notch. The location was convenient for exploring restaurants, shops, and clubs on foot. The staff's friendliness varied, but overall, they were accommodating. However, some areas needed improvement, such as unhelpful staff when reporting issues with a leaky ceiling and inconsistency with room cleaning. The amenities were decent, with highlights being the pool, gym, and spa. Noise from thin walls was a downside, and more vegan choices would be appreciated. Overall, a good experience with room for improvement.

The location of the hotel was superb, right next to all the shops and restaurants on Avenida Quinta. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast and lunch options were diverse and delicious, especially the omelet station. The hotel had a beautiful pool and we also enjoyed the massages. For those on a budget, the value for money in terms of food was great.

The staff at this resort were absolutely amazing! They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. the entertainment team kept us entertained with awesome night shows, and Sergio in particular was fantastic. the maid service was exceptional, with our rooms always cleaned to a high standard and personal touches added. the bartender Tania was great and always made delicious drinks. the security team was also excellent and helped me retrieve my lost cell phone not once, but twice. Special mention to Arron the bell person, who was not only great at his job but also one of the kindest people I have met. the staff made us feel like family.

The beach at the resort was quite small, close to a pier, and had difficult access due to ropes and rocks. In order to reach a better beach, we had to walk a few blocks and pay to rent umbrellas or beach beds at nearby beach clubs.

This resort is located in the center of everything, so close to all the attractions and 5th Avenue. The rooms are as nice as a high-end resort, with personal touches from the maid service. The staff is friendly and always goes above and beyond to make sure you're having a great time. The entertainment is top-notch, with great night shows to enjoy. The bartenders, like Tania, are amazing and make fantastic drinks. the resort offers a great experience with excellent service and a convenient location.

One negative aspect is that the beach is rocky and not suitable for swimming.

The pool was absolutely stunning, with crystal clear water and comfortable loungers. I enjoyed soaking up the sun and taking refreshing dips throughout the day. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk from the lively 5th Avenue and all its entertainment options. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. I had a wonderful time at Alltra and would definitely recommend it.
